Biedermeier Bamboo

Hand turned wooden table lamp, in a range of colours. 43cm in height including bayonet light fitting. Base diameter of  approximately 14.5cm.

All Lamps come wired with a gold pvc cable and black plug or a twisted fabric flex of your choice, (this is an optional extra).

All lamps are tested to UK standards and completed with a CA/UK label.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be in its original condition, including all original packaging, labels and accessories.
• Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be presented.
• The return must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Personalised or custom made items.
• Items that have been used, damaged or altered.
• Items marked as Final-sale or non-returnable.

Return Process

• Contact our customer service team at Lamp-maker@hotmail.com, to inform them of your intention to return or exchange the item.
• Provide your order number, details about the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
• Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

 

Shipping 

Our current lead time is 3-4 weeks as we do operate on a handmade basis and also have large trade orders on the side of our website orders. 
All products are shipped on a 24 hrs tracked delivery via royal mail and costs £7 for one lamp with the addition of £2.50 per lamp after that.
